Tara Ghorashi co-founded Morning Star over 30 years ago with the desire to provide quality childcare for the community.  She has created a loving, nurturing environment for the children and families in Knoxville, while maintaining excellence in the field of early childhood education. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our Educators

Our teachers are highly trained professionals in early childhood education. All lead teachers have a minimum of a child development associate\u2019s degree (CDA), while many have their bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field of study. In addition, teachers are required to obtain 30 hours of professional development each year and are required to be trained in pediatric First Aid and CPR. A few specially trained teachers assist in our curriculum development as Pedagogical Coaches, and we also have an alterista (art teacher), Spanish and German language educators, and a P.E. teacher on staff.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
